Kelowna Concierge is your full-service Destination Management Company. We will take care of your guests from the moment they step off the plane at Kelowna International Airport (YLW), to planning & operating a customized wine tour, to organizing and executing an offsite event at one of our beautiful Okanagan Wineries.
We have two convenient office locations: one at the Kelowna International Airport and one inside the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort in downtown Kelowna. We own and operate our own fleet of vehicles with professional drivers, so we are able to provide exceptional wine tours and group transportation services.
Our group of Owners are all seasoned hospitality and hotel professionals and understand what it takes to execute a flawless Corporate Program. We have a passion for guest service and providing unforgettable experiences for our guests and we only work with like-minded partners to ensure your event is of the highest quality.

Venue Selection
We know the venues in the Okanagan Valley intimately and can recommend the perfect place for your group. Kelowna has a wide range of wineries that can accommodate small private vineyard dinners to seated formal dinners for 300 or more. Looking for something more unique and authentically local? We can plan a dinner in the vines, sunset lake cruise reception, al fresco dinner and concert, and so much more!
Catering, Wine Selection & Menu Design
The Okanagan features an abundance of local produce & ingredients from sun-kissed cherries, to creamy goat cheese to sweet asparagus. We partner with the best culinary talents in the Valley for a delicious and locally inspired menu for your guests. Now let’s not forget the wine selection – Kelowna boasts some of the best wines in Canada and we’ll help you choose the perfect varietal. How about a fresh sparkling reception wine, ever-popular crisp pinot gris to start, delicately robust cabernet franc with dinner and a sweet two ounce sip of ice wine to finish.
Transportation
We know that it can be a major task to try and move a group from your hotel location to an offsite venue, so let us take care of this for you! We will design the perfect transportation plan for you utilizing our comfortable high-roofed Ford Transit Vans or executive professional buses. For events with wine or alcohol consumption we ensure everyone has a safe-ride home and often stagger multiple return trips so that your guests can leave the event when they choose. We utilize dispatch coordinators that stay in constant contact with shuttle drivers and the event management team to execute the transportation plan flawlessly.
Airport Shuttle
Kelowna Concierge is licensed by the Kelowna International Airport for curbside pickup directly outside the arrivals area. We service all of the Kelowna Hotels & Motels and can arrange for Private Group Airport Shuttles.
Onsite Event Coordination
Kelowna Concierge provides Onsite Event Coordination, so even if you are the group event planner, you have the opportunity to actually enjoy your event! We manage all third-party vendors, setup & tear down, catering timing, liaise with the venue staff and everything in between.
Décor Setup & Tear Down
We know that décor is an integral part of event, but also understand budget limitations and the amount of timing that setup & tear down can take. Let us work with our local partners to add simple floral centerpieces, a memorable photo booth, or design a full “Okanagan Themed” rustic chic event.
Musician & Entertainment Selection
Elevate your event with an unforgettable musician or jaw-dropping entertainer. Local talent includes background jazz bands, a fire (or light stick)-throwing entertainment group, get-up-and-dance cover bands and full concert quality musicians.

Our Golf Group plans an annual trip and this year selected Kelowna as the destination. Our plans required shuttles to and from our AirBnB and the 3 golf courses we selected (6 shuttles total). We had 6 different drivers over 3 days, and each one was better than the next (they were all outstanding). They arrived early, were always super friendly and engaging, played music upon request, and most importantly got us from point A to point B each day safely and efficiently.
Our point of contact, Jillian, was an outstanding communicator and facilitated several last minute changes for us which saved the day! She provided outstanding customer service.
While all the drivers were fun to engage with, a special thanks goes out to Patrick who got involved in our daily shuttle trivia and stumped us with his question, Steve who had the boys all fired up after our tough match at Tower Ranch and Thomas (Voted our MVP of the weekend) who facilitated our championship celebration following our final round at Gallagher’s Canyon.
I can not say ENOUGH good things about this company. We will absolutely be booking another Kelowna trip and utilizing these guys soon!

Kelowna Concierge was one of my favourite vendors to work with when planning my wedding. Planning during the pandemic meant we had to make changes and adjustments multiple times, and the team was incredible about accommodating us and meeting our needs. We booked both shuttle buses for guests and a bus for the bridal party. We heard great reviews from our guests on the shuttle, and our driver Patrick with the wedding party was a pure joy to work with. He was funny and made our commute super fun.
